Bookkeeping and Accounting Services
We provide a wide range of bookkeeping and accounting services for both individuals and small businesses. Our service include, but are not limited to receivables, payables, bank statement reconciliation and preparing financial statements and reports.
New Business Planning and Setup
We can help you decide the type of company most appropriate for your business and tax needs, such as a Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Company (LLC), S Corporation or C Corporation. Additionally, within the state of Washington we will file the appropriate paperwork with the Washington Department of Licensing and Washington Secretary of State (if applicable) to register your company.
Tax Preparation and Planning
We provide individual income taxes, business income and payroll taxes, and personal property tax filing services. We also offer both individual and business tax planning and tax strategies to help you maximize your tax refund or reduce your tax liability.
